County Loan Documents definition

County Loan Documents means those documents that collectively set forth the terms of agreement between the Borrower and the County Board in connection with the County Loans, consisting of (i) this Agreement, (ii) the County Notes, (iii) the County Deed of Trust, (iv) the County Restrictive Covenants, (v) the County ROFR Agreement, (vi) the Subordination Agreements and (vii) all other documents now or hereafter executed by the Borrower in connection with the County Loans delivered to and accepted by the County Staff or their respective designees, the terms of such documents being hereby incorporated by reference and as each may be amended, supplemented, extended, renewed or otherwise modified from time to time.
County Loan Documents means all documents executed and delivered in connection with the County Loan and the Obligations, including the County Note, the County Loan Agreement, this Deed of Trust, and any other document, evidencing or securing the County Loan, as any of them may be amended.
County Loan Documents means, collectively, the County Loan Agreement, the County Note, the County Deed of Trust, the HOME/CDBG Regulatory Agreement, the County Regulatory Agreement and the County/City Intercreditor Agreement.
