• During the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default, the foregoing provision with respect to the release to the Collateral Manager of the Required Loan Documents and documents by the Document Custodian upon request by the Collateral Manager shall be operative only to the extent that the Administrative Agent have consented to such release.

• The role of Document Custodian with respect to the Required Loan Documents shall be conducted by the Person designated as Document Custodian hereunder from time to time in accordance with Section 13.2. • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Document Custodian’s obligation to review the Required Loan Documents shall be limited to reviewing such Required Loan Documents based on the information provided on the Loan Checklist.

• All Required Loan Documents that are originals or copies shall be placed together with an appropriate identifying label and maintained in such a manner so as to permit retrieval and access.
