Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Collateral Custodian’s obligation to review the Required Loan Documents shall be limited to reviewing such Required Loan Documents based on the information provided on the Loan checklist.
Upon final determination of such court, the Collateral Custodian shall dispose of such Required Loan Documents as directed by the Administrative Agent, which shall give a direction consistent with such determination.
