Council’s Data definition

Council’s Data means any information or data compiled by or on behalf of the Council in connection with the Services.
Council’s Data means all information, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds which are embodied in any electronic or tangible medium, and which are supplied or in respect of which access is granted to the JVCo by the Council under this Agreement, or which the JVCo is required to generate under this Agreement;
Council’s Data means any information or data compiled by or on behalf of the Council in connection with the Services. 1 It seems likely that at least the first round of contracts will be put in place in April 2002.

A simplified and codified version of these Directives was introduced in 2010: the Audiovisual Media Services Directive 2010/13/EU.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Form, fit, and function data means technical data that describes the required overall physical, functional, and performance characteristics (along with the qualification requirements, if applicable) of an item, component, or process to the extent necessary to permit identification of physically and functionally interchangeable items.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Development regulations or "regulation" means the controls

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that
