Correcting the Work Clause Samples

The "Correcting the Work" clause establishes the contractor's obligation to fix any defects or deficiencies in the completed work. Typically, this clause requires the contractor to repair or replace faulty materials or workmanship identified during a specified warranty period, often at their own expense. Its core function is to ensure that the final deliverable meets the agreed-upon standards and to provide a clear process for addressing issues, thereby protecting the client from substandard work and ensuring accountability.
