Conventional Procedure definition
Conventional Procedure means a Procedure that is not a CustomCornea® System Procedure, and that is not a Procedure performed on an APEX/Infinity laser.
Procedure means one or more surgical procedures or medical therapy performed in a Center of Excellence.
Geneva Convention means the Convention of 28 July 1951 relating to the status of refugees, as amended by the New York Protocol of 31 January 1967;
Rules of Procedure means the rules of procedure adopted by the Fund Council for the management of its own business, as originally adopted on July 16, 2010 and amended from time to time.
