Contractor Site Manager definition

Contractor Site Manager means an employee of Contractor, working under the supervision of the Contractor Project Manager, located at the Job Site on a daily basis.
Contractor Site Manager means the person or entity designated in writing by Contractor pursuant to Section 4.2.3 (Contractor Project Management).

This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Lead Contractor means a person who has met the Board's requirements and has been issued a license by the Board to enter into contracts to perform lead abatements.

  • General Contractor means a person or entity duly licensed in the state of Florida with the requisite skills, experience and credit worthiness to successfully provide the units required in the Application, and which meets the criteria described in Rule 67-48.0072, F.A.C.
