Construction Volume definition

Construction Volume means the aggregate dollar value of the construction work performed, planned or put in place by Customer for all Customer Projects during a given time period, most often a one-year period.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Construction Contract means a written or oral agreement relating to the construction, alteration, repair, maintenance, moving or demolition of any building, structure or improvement or relating to the excavation of or other development or improvement to land.

  • The Contract Price/Project Cost means the price payable to the Vendor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
