Construction GMP definition

Construction GMP means the maximum amount for which all Work required for each Construction Phase, excepting LLTP, shall be accomplished (including the CM/GC Management Price Percentage) and it shall be computed by the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.5.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.
