This Agreement shall not provide third parties other than Constar Entities and Crown Entities with any remedy, claim, liability, reimbursement, cause of action or other right in excess of those existing without reference to the terms of this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Constar Entities from obtaining the Services, in whole or in part, from their own employees or from providers other than the Crown Entities at any time.
