Foreign Holdings definition

Foreign Holdings shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Foreign Holdings has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.
Foreign Holdings means Freescale Semiconductor Holdings IV, Ltd. (f/k/a Freescale Holdings (Bermuda) IV, Ltd.).

  • Foreign Holding Company means any Subsidiary all or substantially all of the assets of which are comprised of Equity Interests in one or more Foreign Subsidiaries or CFC Debt.
