Consortium Project Agreement definition

Consortium Project Agreement means this Consortium Project Agreement as well as the pre-amble and all annexes hereto;
Consortium Project Agreement means the project contract that specifies project specific terms and conditions and the work to be allocated as set out in Project Plan.
