Examples of Consent Request Contact in a sentence

  • Buyer shall only have been deemed to have provided its written consent to any action for purposes of Section 3.4 hereof if the Consent Request Contact has delivered to Seller a copy of the Consent Request Notice with respect to such action which has been countersigned by Buyer.

  • Payment request means any request for contract financing payment or invoice payment submitted by the contractor under this contract.
