Data Subject Request definition

Data Subject Request means a request made by a Data Subject to exercise any rights of Data Subjects under Data Protection Laws;

Data Subject Request means an actual or purported request or notice or complaint from or on behalf of a Data Subject exercising his rights under the Data Protection Laws in relation to Personal Data including without limitation: the right of access by the Data Subject, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object;

Data Subject Request means a request from a Data Subject to exercise its rights under the Data Protection Laws in respect of that Data Subject's Personal Data;

Examples of Data Subject Request in a sentence

• If in regard to My90 Customer Content, Axon receives a Data Subject Request from Customer's data subject to exercise one or more of its rights under applicable Data Protection Law, Axon will redirect the data subject within seventy-two (72) hours, to make its request directly to Customer.

• Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Axon shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is reasonable, for the fulfilment of Customer's obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request regarding any Personal Data contained within My90 Customer Content.

• Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Axon shall assist Agency by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is reasonable, for the fulfilment of Agency's obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request regarding any Personal Data contained within My90 Agency Content.

• Data Subject Request: a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data.

• If Third Party Supplier receives a Data Subject Request related to the Data Protection Product, to the extent it is able to do so, and it is legally permitted, the Third Party Supplier will notify the Supplier and/or direct the Data Subject to make the request directly to Customer.

More Definitions of Data Subject Request

Data Subject Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data.

Data Subject Request means a written request of either party as Data Controller by or on behalf of a Data Subject to exercise any rights conferred by Data Protection Law in relation to the data or the activities of the parties contemplated by this Agreement;
