Conformed Set of Drawings definition

Conformed Set of Drawings means completed Project Drawings issued for construction which have been conformed to incorporate clarifications and/or changes stemming from addenda and/or request for clarifications during the estimating and/or bidding process.

Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings.

  • Certified Remanufacture System or Verified Engine Upgrade means engine upgrades certified or verified by EPA or CARB to achieve a reduction in emissions.
