Issued for Construction means, as the term is commonly used in the construction industry, the final documents used for construction of the Premises.

Examples of Issued for Construction in a sentence

  • If Tenant desires to make any non-de minimis change, addition or alteration or desires to make any change, addition or alteration to any of the Building Systems after approval of the Issued for Construction Documents, Tenant shall prepare and submit to Landlord plans and specifications with respect to such change, addition or alteration.

  • The A/E shall issue documents stamped and dated "Issued for Construction" to the contractors.

Related to Issued for Construction

  • The constructional plant means all appliances, tools, plants or machinery or whatsoever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works but does not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Original construction means the first or initial construction

  • New construction means, for the purposes of determining insurance rates, structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of an initial FIRM or after December 31, 1974, whichever is later, and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures. For floodplain management purposes, "new construction" means structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures.
