Comparable Projects definition

Comparable Projects means the Project and other first-class institutionally-owned mixed-use projects which are comparable to the Project in terms of age (based upon the date of completion of construction or major renovation as to the building containing the portion of the Premises in question), quality of construction, level of services and amenities (including the type (e.g., surface, covered, subterranean) and amount of parking), size and appearance, and are located in the Orange County Airport area (the “Comparable Area”).
Comparable Projects means comparable industrial warehouse projects in Alameda, San Mateo and Santa Xxxxx Counties.
Comparable Projects has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.

Comparable Projects means and refer to comparable first-class corporate headquarters/research and development buildings located in the Carlsbad submarket of San Diego.

Related to Comparable Projects

  • Eligible Projects means projects as described in Schedule B.

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.

Such products or services may include, but are not limited to, those which contain recycled content, minimize waste, conserve energy or water, and reduce the amount of toxics either disposed of or consumed.
