Company Property or Properties definition

Company Property or Properties means all interests, properties, whether real or personal, and rights of any type owned or held by the Company, whether owned or held by the Company at the date of its formation or thereafter acquired.
Company Property or Properties means all assets (real or personal, tangible or intangible, including cash) of the Company, owned or held by the Company, whether owned or held by the Company at the date of its formation or thereafter acquired.

  • Timberlands means, as of any date of determination, all real property owned by or leased to the Borrower or any Subsidiary that is suitable for Timber production, natural resource development or real estate development.
