Company Officers’ Certificate means a certificate signed by both (a) the chief executive officer, the president or any vice president of the Company and (b) the treasurer or any assistant treasurer or the secretary or any assistant secretary of the Company, and delivered to the Trustee. Each such certificate shall include the statements provided for in Section 14.05 to the extent applicable.
Company Officers’ Certificate means a certificate signed by the Chairman of the Company Board of Directors, a Vice Chairman of the Company Board of Directors, the President, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Investment Officer, the Chief Accounting Officer, the General Counsel or the Secretary of the Company, that complies with the requirements of Section 314(e) of the Trust Indenture Act and is delivered to the Trustee.
