Company Medical Plans definition

Company Medical Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(b).

  • If an Employee or a covered dependent of an Employee enrolled in the Company Medical Plans is hospitalized on the Effective Time, the Company Medical Plans shall continue to provide coverage for such person until he or she is discharged from the hospital, to the extent coverage is provided under the terms of the Company Medical Plans.
