Common Unit Holder definition

Common Unit Holder means a Person identified as a “Common Unit Holder” in the Register.
Common Unit Holder means a Unit Holder of Common Units, in its capacity as such.
Common Unit Holder means a Person in regard to such Person’s particular Interest in Common Units.
