Common Stock Exercise Price definition

Common Stock Exercise Price has the meaning provided in Section 2.
Common Stock Exercise Price herein shall mean the Initial Exercise Price or, if the Initial Exercise Price has been adjusted pursuant to the terms of Section 8 hereof, the Adjusted Exercise Price.
Common Stock Exercise Price means, as of any date of determination, the Initial Common Stock Exercise Price as adjusted pursuant to SECTION 5 through such date of determination.

  • Warrant Exercise Period shall commence (subject to Section 6(d) below), on the later of:

  • Ordinary Shares Equivalents means any securities of the Company or the Subsidiaries which would entitle the holder thereof to acquire at any time Ordinary Shares, including, without limitation, any debt, preferred stock, right, option, warrant or other instrument that is at any time convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for, or otherwise entitles the holder thereof to receive, Ordinary Shares.

  • Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.
