Commodity Cost Recovery Charge definition

Commodity Cost Recovery Charge means the commodity cost recovery charge set out in the Table of Charges for LNG Service as approved by the British Columbia Utilities Commission applicable to Customers selecting to purchase a percentage of conventional natural gas from FortisBC Energy.
Commodity Cost Recovery Charge means the Buyer’s cost to supply conventional Gas to its utility customers which shall be established by the Commodity Cost Recovery Charge set out in the Buyer’s Table of Charges in Rate Schedule 1 for Residential Service as approved by the British Columbia Utilities Commission from time to time.
Commodity Cost Recovery Charge means the Commodity Cost Recovery Charge per Gigajoule approved by the British Columbia Utilities Commission applicable to the Customer effective on the Commencement Date.

Examples of Commodity Cost Recovery Charge in a sentence

  • The Cost of Gas is based on the calculation of 100% of a Customer’s consumption in Gigajoules, minus the percentage of a Customer’s selection of Biomethane measured in Gigajoules, multiplied by the Cost of Gas (Commodity Cost Recovery Charge) per Gigajoule.

  • Non-payment of any amounts designated as Commodity Cost Recovery Charge charged on the bill will entitle FortisBC Energy to the same recourse as non- payment of any other FortisBC Energy Service charges and may result in termination of Service by FortisBC Energy in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and any applicable Rate Schedules.

  • FortisBC Energy will bill the Customer a Commodity Cost Recovery Charge according to the price indicated by the Marketer.

  • FortisBC Energy will also display on the Customer’s invoice Marketer’s name and Marketer’s telephone contact number for Customer enquiries regarding the Commodity Cost Recovery Charge.

  • In such cases, the Customer will not be subject to the Commodity Cost Recovery Charge, the Storage and Transport Charge and Rider 6, and will pay to FortisBC Energy all of the charges set out in the Table of Charges for Transportation Service.

  • Commodity Cost Recovery Charge in tariff is set at 3 decimal places.

  • By Order G-133-16 and accompanying decision dated August 12, 2016, the British Columbia Utilities Commission (Commission) approved a Biomethane Energy Recovery Charge (BERC) rate methodology whereby the BERC rate is reset annually based on the sum of the Commodity Cost Recovery Charge (CCRC), the British Columbia carbon tax, and other taxes applicable to conventional natural gas sales effective January 1st of each year, and a premium of $7.00.

  • Therefore, the calculated price premium28 currently equals $10.438 per gigajoule which is $14.414 (Current approved Biomethane Energy29 Recovery Charge per GJ) – ($2.486 (Current approved Commodity Cost Recovery Charge per30 GJ) + $1.4898 (Current Carbon Tax per GJ).

  • Cost recovery means collection, upon approval by the commission pursuant to its authority under section4909.15 of the Revised Code, of such documented EDU interconnection costs that are incurred at reasonable levels for prudent purposes and that are over and above the review processing fees set forth in rules 4901:1-22-06 to 4901:1-22-08 of the Administrative Code.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Commodity Hedging Agreement means a commodity hedging or purchase agreement or similar arrangement entered into with the intent of protecting against fluctuations in commodity prices or the exchange of notional commodity obligations, either generally or under specific contingencies.

  • Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on that Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on such Payment Date, over (b) the Specified Reserve Account Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

  • Commodity Hedging Agreements means, in respect of a Person, any commodity purchase contract, commodity futures or forward contract, commodities option contract or other similar contract (including commodities derivative agreements or arrangements), to which such Person is a party or a beneficiary.

  • Increased Cost of Hedging means that the Issuer would incur a materially increased (as compared with circumstances existing on the First Trading Date) amount of tax, duty, expense or fee (other than brokerage commissions) to (A) acquire, establish, re-establish, substitute, maintain, unwind or dispose of any transaction(s) or asset(s) it deems necessary to hedge the risk of issuing and performing its obligations with respect to the Securities, or (B) realise, recover or remit the proceeds of any such transaction(s) or asset(s), provided that any such materially increased amount that is incurred solely due to the deterioration of the creditworthiness of the Issuer shall not be deemed an Increased Cost of Hedging.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of **** and a storage and handling charge of ****, in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Projected Recovery Amount The fair value of the estimated amount of subsequent recoveries, determined by Freddie Mac on the Termination Date, at its sole discretion, on the Credit Event Reference Obligations.

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Hedging Costs means the hedging costs between the reference currency of the Unit class and the base currency of the Sub-fund, corresponding to the difference (in percentage terms), on each Valuation Date, between (i) the price of the 3-month maturity exchange rate between the reference currency of the Unit class and the base currency of the Sub-fund, and (ii) the spot rate of the same exchange rate.

  • Administrative Cost Rate As of any date of determination, a rate equal to the sum of the Servicing Fee Rate, the Operating Advisor Fee Rate, the Asset Representations Reviewer Ongoing Fee Rate, the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate and the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Allocated Loss Adjustment Expenses or “ALAE” means all court costs and court expenses; pre- and post-judgement interest; fees for service of process; attorneys’ fees; cost of undercover operative and detective services, costs of employing experts; costs for legal transcripts; costs for copies of any public records; costs of depositions and court-reported or recorded statements; costs and expenses of subrogation; and any similar fee, cost or expense reasonably chargeable to the investigation, negotiation, settlement or defense of a loss or a claim or suit against you, or to the protection and perfection of your or our subrogation rights.

  • Excess Loss Account has the meaning set forth in Treas. Reg. Section 1.1502-19.

  • Allocated Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) any Realized Losses allocated to such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of any Allocated Realized Loss Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date.

  • Hedged Margin for CFD trading shall mean the necessary margin required by the Company so as to open and maintain Matched Positions.

  • Account Charge means, in relation to each of the Charged Accounts, the first priority fixed charge or pledge over all such accounts given or to be given by the relevant account holder thereof in favor of and in form and substance satisfactory to the Security Trustee.

  • Interest Swap Obligations means the obligations of any Person pursuant to any arrangement with any other Person, whereby, directly or indirectly, such Person is entitled to receive from time to time periodic payments calculated by applying either a floating or a fixed rate of interest on a stated notional amount in exchange for periodic payments made by such other Person calculated by applying a fixed or a floating rate of interest on the same notional amount and shall include, without limitation, interest rate swaps, caps, floors, collars and similar agreements.

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate means the formula rate established pursuant to Tariff, section 115 of this Tariff.

  • Interest Swap and Hedging Obligation means any obligation of any Person pursuant to any interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest rate collar agreement, interest rate exchange agreement, currency exchange agreement or any other agreement or arrangement designed to protect against fluctuations in interest rates or currency values, including, without limitation, any arrangement whereby, directly or indirectly, such Person is entitled to receive from time to time periodic payments calculated by applying either a fixed or floating rate of interest on a stated notional amount in exchange for periodic payments made by such Person calculated by applying a fixed or floating rate of interest on the same notional amount.

  • Hedge Breakage Costs means, for any Hedge Transaction, any amount payable by the Borrower for the early termination of that Hedge Transaction or any portion thereof.

  • Recovery Amount means, with respect to any period prior to the Termination Date, the amount of collected funds received by the Assuming Institution that (i) are applicable against a Foreclosure Loss calculated in accordance with Exhibits 2c(1)-(3), or (iii) gains realized from a Section 4.1 sale of Single Family Shared-Loss Loans for which the Assuming Institution has previously received a Restructuring Loss payment from the Receiver (iv) or any incentive payments from national programs paid to an investor or borrower on loans that have been modified or otherwise treated (short sale or foreclosure) in accordance with Exhibit 5.

  • Fixed Swap Payment With respect to any Distribution Date, a fixed amount equal to the related amount set forth in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement.

  • Final Shared-Loss Recovery Month means the calendar month in which the tenth anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs.

  • Principal Recovery Amount With respect to each Payment Date, the sum of: (a) the aggregate amount of Credit Event Net Losses for all Reversed Credit Event Reference Obligations for the related Reporting Period; (b) subsequent recoveries on any Reference Obligation that became a Credit Event Reference Obligation on a prior Payment Date; (c) the aggregate amount of the Credit Event Net Gains of all Credit Event Reference Obligations for the related Reporting Period; (d) the Origination Rep and Warranty/Servicing Breach Settlement Amount for such Payment Date; and (e) the Projected Recovery Amount.

  • Net Hedging Obligations means, as of any date, the Termination Value of any such Hedging Agreement on such date.
