Examples of Hedge Breakage Costs in a sentence
All repayments of any Advance or any portion thereof shall be made together with payment of (i) all Interest accrued and unpaid on the amount repaid to (but excluding) the date of such repayment, (ii) any and all Breakage Costs, and (iii) all Hedge Breakage Costs and any other amounts payable by the Borrower under or with respect to any Hedging Agreement.
In addition, the Borrower shall in connection with such substitution deliver to the Custodian the related Contract File and shall pay to each Hedge Counterparty, as applicable, all Hedge Breakage Costs, if any, incurred in connection with the substitution of such Transferred Contract pursuant to this Section 7.15 and the termination of any Hedge Transactions, in whole or in part, in connection therewith.
The Equityholder shall make (or cause to be made) a contemporaneous deposit to the Collection Account of the related Hedge Breakage Costs, as contemplated by Section 6.2 of the Sale Agreement.
If any Borrower Notice relating to any prepayment is given, the amount specified in such Borrower Notice shall be due and payable on the date specified therein, together with accrued Interest to the payment date on the amount prepaid and any Breakage Costs (including Hedge Breakage Costs) related thereto.
The Agent shall apply amounts received from the Borrower pursuant to this Section 2.18(a) to the payment of any Hedge Breakage Costs, to the payment of any Breakage Fees and to the pro rata reduction of the Advances Outstanding.
