Hedge Breakage Costs definition
Hedge Breakage Costs means, with respect to each Hedge Counterparty upon the early termination of any Hedge Transaction with such Hedge Counterparty, the net amount, if any, payable by the Borrower to such Hedge Counterparty for the early termination of that Hedge Transaction or any portion thereof.
Hedge Breakage Costs. For any Hedge Transaction, any amount payable by the Borrower for the early termination of that Hedge Transaction or any portion thereof. All Hedge Breakage Costs shall be due and payable hereunder on each Payment Date in accordance with Section 2.7
