Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate definition

Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate means the formula rate established pursuant to Tariff, section 115 of this Tariff.

  • For purposes of section 6.4.2(a)(iii)(c), the unit-specific going forward costs determined by agreement between the Office of the Interconnection and the Market Seller shall include only the costs included in the Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate, excluding costs associated with the Avoidable Project Investment Recovery Rate (APIR), set forth in section 115 of the PJM Tariff.

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit means the credit paid to Generation Owners pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 114. Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate:

  • Support Cost Rate means the flat rate at which the Partner will be reimbursed by UN Women for its Support Costs, as set forth in the Partner Project Document and not exceeding a rate of 8% or the rate set forth in the Donor Specific Conditions, if that is lower. The flat rate is calculated on the eligible Direct Costs.
