Committee Procedures definition

Committee Procedures means the Tribal Council Committee Systems Procedure, as amended.
Committee Procedures means those procedures contained within Schedule E-1 (Committee Procedures), as amended from time to time as provided therein or otherwise by agreement in writing between the Parties;
Committee Procedures. The term "board of directors" or "board," when used in any provision of these bylaws relating to the organization or procedures of or the manner of taking action by the board of directors, shall be construed to include and refer to the Executive Committee and any other committees of the board.

  • Prior to commencing any arbitration in connection with any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination or validity thereof (a “Dispute”), the parties shall first engage in the following Steering Committee Procedures.

  • The Department Head/Manager and Employee(s) will endeavor to review existing job descriptions every three (3) years and update where necessary in accordance with the Job Review Committee Procedures.

Related to Committee Procedures

  • Administrative Procedures means the Administrative Procedures of Minnesota Management & Budget developed in accord with M.S. 43A.04, subdivision 4.
