Committed Work Programme definition

Committed Work Programme means the minimum work programme specified by the Contractor in its Bid that is provided under Appendix B subject to terms and conditions specified in Article 5 and subject to such modifications that are allowed under Article 5.5 and 5.6.
Committed Work Programme means the Work Programme specified by the Contractor in its Bid.
Committed Work Programme means the Work Programme specified by the Contractor in its Bid that is reproduced in Article 5

Examples of Committed Work Programme in a sentence

  • The following LD shall be levied in case of unfinished Committed Work Programme during the Exploration Period as per Article 5.4 of MRSC.

  • The bidders are required to fulfil requisite Net Worth criteria commensurate to the value of their bid for the Committed Work Programme as specified, at the time of bidding.

  • One-time Bank Guarantee (“BG”) shall be applicable for the Committed Work Programme.

  • Predetermined Liquidated Damages (“LD”) have been specified for unfinished Committed Work Programme.

  • At this stage, Net Worth of the bidder should be equal to or more than the higher of:• Estimated expenditure for the Committed Work Programme; or• LD equivalent value of the Committed Work Programme.The Net Worth of the Bidder can be topped-up by a supporting Bank Guarantee in lieu of Net Worth, which can be utilized against any shortfall in Net Worth as required above.

  • In the event that the Contractor fails to fulfill the said Committed Work Programme by the end of the Exploration Period, if any, or Contract is terminated in accordance with the Article 28, the Contractor shall pay to the Government an amount equivalent to Liquidated Damages as specified in Appendix I for the unfinished Committed Work Programme.

  • Bids not fulfilling these requirements will not be accepted.Computed value of Average NPV will be displayed to the bidders in e-Bidding portal at the time of bidding, the same value would be used for bid evaluation.Quote for Committed Work Programme and biddable share of Government Revenue shall not to be mentioned in hard copy submission.

  • In case the Contractor does not exercise this option within three months of receipt of the communication of reduction of area but proposes to exit from the Contract later, an LD will be levied to the extent of unfinished Committed Work Programme, proportional to the reduced area.

  • In case of swapping of 2D and 3D Acquisition, Processing and Interpretation data, the LD will be levied as per Committed Work Programme.

Related to Committed Work Programme

  • Work Programme means the document adopted by the Commission for the implementation of the specific programme28 in accordance with its Article 12 or the equivalent document in content and structure adopted by a funding body.

  • Work Product means any and all works, including work papers, notes, materials, approaches, designs, specifications, systems, innovations, improvements, inventions, software, programs, source code, documentation, training materials, audio or audiovisual recordings, methodologies, concepts, studies, reports, whether finished or unfinished, and whether or not included in the Deliverables, that are developed, produced, generated, or provided by Contractor in connection with Contractor’s performance of its duties under the Contract or through use of any funding provided under this Contract.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • Development Work means, with respect to a Project, the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Project Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but shall not include the Homes.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Derivative Work means a work that is based on one or more preexisting works (such as a revision, translation, dramatization, motion picture version, abridgment, condensation, enhancement, modification, or any other form in which preexisting work may be recast, transformed, or adapted) which, if created without the authorization of the copyright owner of the preexisting work, would constitute copyright infringement.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.
