Collateral Investments definition

Collateral Investments means any investment instrument, as agreed upon in writing by Bank and Customer from time to time, in which Collateral and Proceeds may be invested under this Agreement.
Collateral Investments has the meaning specified in Section 5 hereof.
Collateral Investments as defined in Section 4.1(c).

Collateral Investments means (i) non-callable direct obligations of the United States of America, or (ii) subject to the prior written consent of each Obligee, shares or interests in taxable government money market portfolios (including any money market mutual funds of the Custodian) restricted to obligations that are issued by, or the payment of principal and interest with respect to which is guaranteed by, the United States of America, and which are rated “Aaa” or better by Moody’s and “AAA” or better by S&P at the time of investment.
