Collateral Delivery Date definition

Collateral Delivery Date means, in respect of a Collateral Pool, the date scheduled by the Collateral Agent to be the date on which the Collateral Agent intends to deliver the Collateral Assets in such Collateral Pool to Holders in accordance with Collateral Security Condition 3.6;
Collateral Delivery Date means March 15, 2002.
Collateral Delivery Date means January 10, 2006.

  • If a Physical Delivery of Collateral Assets Disruption Event occurs and is continuing for a continuous period of twenty Collateral Business Days (or such other period specified in the applicable Final Terms) after the original Collateral Delivery Date, the Security Trustee or the Security Agent, as the case may be, or the Disposal Agent on their behalf, will procure the sale of such Collateral Assets in lieu of delivery of the relevant Collateral Assets Entitlement.

More Definitions of Collateral Delivery Date

Collateral Delivery Date means the date which is thirty (30) days from the Effective Date.
Collateral Delivery Date means, in relation to a Series of Secured W&C Instruments where "Physical Delivery of Static Collateral Assets" is applicable, the date on which the Collateral Provider or any agent acting on its behalf intends to Deliver the Entitlement (CDE) to Holders, provided that such date shall be no later than two Business Days following the day on which the Collateral Provider and/or its Affiliate receives the proceeds of liquidation and realisation of any Static Collateral Assets that are required to be liquidated and realised in accordance with Secured W&C Instruments Conditions 8.3.1 and 8.4.2."
