Examples of Credit Event Amount in a sentence
With respect to each Payment Date, a percentage equal to (i) the aggregate Credit Event Amount for such Payment Date and all prior Payment Dates less the aggregate Reversed Credit Event Amount for such Payment Date and all prior Payment Dates; divided by (ii) the aggregate unpaid principal balance of the Reference Obligations in the Reference Pool as of the Cut-off Date.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Credit Event Amount attributable to a Mortgaged Property shall not exceed the amount to which recovery under the applicable Mortgage is limited and the Credit Event Amount for all such Mortgaged Properties shall not exceed the lesser of (a) $50,000,000.00 and (b) fifty percent (50%) of the sum of the Mortgaged Property Asset Value of all the Mortgaged Properties.
