Adjusted Borrowing Base definition

Adjusted Borrowing Base means the Borrowing Base minus the aggregate amount of Cash and Cash Equivalents included in the Borrowing Base.

More Definitions of Adjusted Borrowing Base

Adjusted Borrowing Base means, at any time of determination, an amount equal to (x) the Borrowing Base most recently delivered to the Lender minus (y) the aggregate Other Unsecured Indebtedness outstanding on such date.
