Closing Meeting definition

Closing Meeting means, in relation to an Audit, a meeting between the Auditor, the Licensee and the Commission which when called is intended by the Commission to be the final client meeting concerning the conduct of the Audit before the end of the Audit in accordance with typical audit practice.
Closing Meeting means the meetings of Merial’s members or board of directors, as appropriate, held on the Closing Date.
Closing Meeting means the closing meeting to be held in accordance with the requirements of clause 7.1 below and includes any adjournments of the meeting as agreed between the Parties;

  • Lifting of suspension The suspension in accordance with TA-6.11.1 shall be removed upon successful closure of the Audit in accordance with TA-6.11.3. The renewed registration period shall be in accordance with TA-6.3 and shall be based on the Closing Meeting date of the Audit performed in accordance with TA-6.11.2.

  • Scoping meeting means a meeting between representatives of the applicant and the EDU conducted for but not limited to the following purposes:

In this Agreement, unless a clear contrary intention appears, (i) the word “including” (in its various forms) means “including, without limitation;” (ii) the words “hereunder,” “hereof,” “hereto” and words of similar import are references in this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement; (iii) the word “or” is not exclusive; (iv) defined terms used in the singular include the plural and vice versa; and (v) references to “Sections” in this Agreement are references to Sections of this Agreement unless otherwise indicated.

  • Stockholders Meeting shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(c).

  • Company Meeting means the special meeting of Company Shareholders, including any adjournment or postponement of such special meeting in accordance with the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, to be called and held in accordance with the Interim Order to consider the Arrangement Resolution.
