Noteholders’ Meeting means a meeting among the Noteholders held in accordance with Clause 16 (Noteholders’ Meeting).

Noteholders’ Meeting means a Noteholders’ meeting held pursuant to Condition 14; “Nykredit” means Nykredit A/S, CVR no. 12719248.

Noteholders’ Meeting means a meeting among the Noteholders held in accordance with Clauses 16.1 (Request for a decision), 16.2 (Convening of Noteholders' Meeting) and 16.4 (Majority, quorum and other provisions).

If a quorum does not exist at a Noteholders’ Meeting or in respect of a Written Procedure, the Agent or the Issuer shall convene a second Noteholders’ Meeting (in accordance with Clause 16.2.1) or initiate a second Written Procedure (in accordance with Clause 16.3.1), as the case may be, provided that the person(s) who initiated the procedure for Noteholders’ consent has confirmed that the relevant proposal is not withdrawn.
The minutes from the relevant Noteholders’ Meeting or Written Procedure shall at the request of a Noteholder be sent to it by the Issuer or the Agent, as applicable.
Without amending or varying these Terms and Conditions, the Agent may prescribe such further regulations regarding the convening and holding of a Noteholders’ Meeting as the Agent may deem appropriate.
The Agent shall not be responsible for the content of a notice for a Noteholders’ Meeting or a communication regarding a Written Procedure unless and to the extent it contains information provided by the Agent.
Should the Issuer want to replace the Agent, it may (a) convene a Noteholders’ Meeting in accordance with Clause 16.2 ( Convening of Noteholders’ Meeting) or (b) instigate a Written Procedure by sending communication in accordance with Clause 16.3 (Instigation of Written Procedure), in either case with a copy to the Agent.

Noteholders’ Meeting means the meeting of the Noteholders to be held on July 24, 2008 to consider the matters set out in the Noteholders’ Notice.
