Closing Documents List means the document entitled "Signing and Closing List of Documents" specifying certain documents, notifications and other matters required as a condition precedent to this Agreement as set out in the Ninth Schedule to this Agreement.

Related to Closing Documents List

  • Closing Documents means the papers, instruments and documents required to be executed and delivered at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement;

  • DQ List has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(g).
