Client Agencies definition

Client Agencies means any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, institution, public authority, office, council, association, instrumentality or political subdivision of the State of Connecticut, as applicable, who is authorized and chooses to make purchases under, and pursuant to the terms and conditions of, this Master PPA by entering into Final Exhibits with Seller.
Client Agencies means any specific State Agencies that may have exclusive enforcement authority for any potential Opioid Cases causes of action, or that may have a claim for damages or compensation as a result of the unlawful behavior alleged in any Opioid Case. “Client Agencies” specifically includes the Utah Department of Commerce and its constituent Divisions, unless an affirmative decision is made that no causes of action within the exclusive jurisdiction of Department of Commerce or its constituent Divisions will be pursued in any Opioid Case. Other state agencies and state governmental entities shall be deemed to be Client Agencies only if they are so designated in a Memorandum of Understanding or a Change Order.

Examples of Client Agencies in a sentence

  • The Design-Builder shall prepare the design development submission for review and comment by the Client Agencies and the Department.

  • When applicable, the Contractor shall provide inspection, testing, maintenance and service reports to Client Agencies that require the Contractor to document these Services in the format and content as outlined by the Client Agency or The Joint Commission (“TJC”) or both requirements, upon written request from the Client Agency.

  • A Contract Supplement will be issued to the Contract Award to alert the Client Agencies of the recall notice and/or safety notice.

  • Client Agencies do not have the authority to sign any other paperwork from a Contractor.

  • Contractor shall provide inspection, testing, maintenance and service reports to Client Agencies that require the Contractor to document these services in the format and content as outlined by TJC requirements, upon written request from the Client Agency.

  • The fee will be payable to the “Treasurer, State of Connecticut” for an amount equal to one percent (1%) of the total dollar amounts, adjusted for credits or refunds, for purchases made by Client Agencies to the Contractor.

  • Any change in 3 this contract service provider will be coordinated with Client Agencies who purchase this 4 optional service.

  • The scope of activities of the National Roads Authority include providing policy advice, publication of a National Roads Plan, provision of project and construction management services for the delivery of new road-works and the maintenance management of the existing road infrastructure for fund-holding Client Agencies.

  • The Contractor shall maintain an adequate inventory of the parts and supplies to meet the requirements of all Client Agencies.

Related to Client Agencies

  • Host agency means a public agency, private nonprofit organization, or private sector employer, other than a political party, exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, which provides a training site and supervision for a participant.

  • Regulatory Agencies The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; the Federal Housing Finance Agency; the Securities and Exchange Commission; and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

  • Receiving Agency means HHSC or DSHS, as applicable, Agency receiving the benefit of the goods or services provided under this Contract.

  • Training provider means an organization meeting the eligibility conditions as mentioned in Data Sheet and selected in accordance with the criteria set forth for the purpose.

  • Cognizant agency means the Federal agency responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and approving cost allocation plans or indirect cost proposals developed under this Circular on behalf of all Federal agencies. OMB publishes a listing of cognizant agencies.
