Class G Unitholders definition

Class G Unitholders means the Unitholders holding an Economic Interest in Class G Units.
Class G Unitholders means each of Xxxxx X. Xxxxx, Xx. and his permitted assigns and transferees under this Agreement and the Securityholders Agreements, and any other Person (and such Person’s permitted assigns and transferees) issued Class G Units by the Company hereafter.
Class G Unitholders mean the holders of the Class G Units.

  • Unitholders means the holders of Units.
