Class AV-3 Certificate. Any one of the Certificates designated on the face thereof as a Class AV-3 Certificate, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-9 authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and each evidencing ownership of an interest designated as a “regular interest” in the Master REMIC created hereunder for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
