Class A Certificate Interest definition

Class A Certificate Interest means for any Distribution Date:
Class A Certificate Interest. With respect to any Payment Date, interest for the related Interest Period at the applicable Class A Certificate Rate on the Class A Certificate Principal Balance as of the first day of such Interest Period (after giving effect to the distributions made on the first day of such Interest Period).
Class A Certificate Interest. With respect to any Payment Date, the interest accrued on the Class A Certificates during the related Interest Accrual Period, equal to the product of (x) one-twelfth of the Class A Certificate Rate and (y) the aggregate Class A Certificate Principal Balance outstanding immediately prior to such Payment Date.

Examples of Class A Certificate Interest in a sentence

  • The Administrator may, but need not, make Administrator Advances to Holders of Class A Certificates on a Payment Date in an amount up to the Required Class A Certificate Interest Distribution Amount for the prior Accrual Period.

  • Class A-5 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class A-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class A-5 Certificate.

  • Class A-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1".
