Unpaid Class. HE: M-2 Liquidation Loss Interest Shortfall" means, with respect to the Class HE: M-2 Certificates and any Payment Date, the amount, if any, of the Class HE: M-2 Liquidation Loss Interest Shortfall for the prior Payment Date, plus one month's interest thereon (to the extent payment thereof is legally permissible) at the Class HE: M-2 Pass-Through Rate, computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.
