Class A Adjusted Interest definition

Class A Adjusted Interest means, as of any Current Distribution Date: (I) any interest described in clause (II) of this definition accruing prior to the immediately preceding Distribution Date which remains unpaid and (II) interest at the Stated Interest Rate for the Class A Certificates (A) for the number of days during the period commencing on, and including, the immediately preceding Distribution Date (or, if the Current Distribution Date is the first Distribution Date, the Closing Date) and ending on, but excluding the Current Distribution Date, on the Preferred A Pool Balance on such Current Distribution Date and (B) on the principal amount calculated pursuant to clauses (B)(i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) of the definition of Preferred A Pool Balance for each Series A Equipment Note with respect to which a disposition, distribution, sale or Deemed Disposition Event has occurred since the immediately preceding Distribution Date (but only if no such event has previously occurred with respect to such Series A Equipment Note), for each day during the period, for each such Series A Equipment Note, commencing on, and including, the immediately preceding Distribution Date (or, if the Current Distribution Date is the first Distribution Date, the Closing Date) and ending on, but excluding the date of disposition, distribution, sale or Deemed Disposition Event with respect to such Series A Equipment Note, Aircraft or Collateral, as the case may be.
Class A Adjusted Interest means, as of any Current Distribution Date: (I) any interest described in clause (II) of this definition accrued prior to the immediately preceding Distribution Date which remains unpaid and (II) the sum of (A) interest determined at the Stated Interest Rate for the Class A Certificates for the period commencing on, and including, the immediately preceding Distribution Date (or, if the Current Distribution Date is the first Distribution Date, the Closing Date) and ending on, but excluding, the Current Distribution Date, on the Eligible A Pool Balance on such Current Distribution Date and (B) the sum of interest for each Series A Equipment Note with respect to which, or with respect to the Aircraft with respect to which such Equipment Note was issued, a disposition, distribution, sale or Deemed Disposition Event has occurred since the immediately preceding Distribution Date (but only if no such event has previously occurred with respect to such Series A Equipment Note), determined at the Stated Interest Rate for the Class A Certificates for each day during the period commencing on, and including, the immediately preceding Distribution Date (or, if the Current Distribution Date is the first Distribution Date, the Closing Date) and ending on, but excluding, the date of the earliest of such disposition, distribution, sale or Deemed Disposition Event with respect to such Series A Equipment Note or such Aircraft, as the case may be, on the principal amount of such Series A Equipment Note calculated pursuant to clause (B)(i), (ii), (iii) or (iv), as applicable, of the definition of Eligible A Pool Balance.

Related to Class A Adjusted Interest

  • Class A Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Class A Invested Amount less the Principal Funding Account Balance (but not in excess of the Class A Invested Amount) on such date.

  • Class A Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date and each class of Class A Notes, an amount equal to the sum of: (i) the aggregate amount of interest accrued on the Class A Notes at the related Note Rate from and including the preceding Distribution Date (or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, from and including the Closing Date) to but excluding the current Distribution Date plus (ii) the related Class A Interest Carryover Shortfall for the current Distribution Date.

  • Class B Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Class B Invested Amount less the positive difference, if any, between the Principal Funding Account Balance and the Class A Invested Amount on such date.

  • Class A Floating Allocation means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on such day; provided, however, that, with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Floating Allocation shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Investor Interest and the denominator of which is the Initial Investor Interest.

  • Aggregate Class A Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the aggregate of the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for each class of the Class A Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class A Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.

  • Class A Interest Distribution Amount means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the sum of the amounts specified in clause (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), (a)(iv), (a)(v) and (a)(vi), as appropriate, of the definition of the term "Class A Formula Distribution Amount" and the Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall, if any, with respect to such Class.

  • Class A Principal Distributable Amount means, for any Distribution Date: (A) during the Revolving Period, zero; and (B) during the Amortization Period, an amount equal to the lesser of: (i) Available Funds remaining after payment of the amounts set forth in clauses (i) through (iv) of Section 5.08(a) hereto and (ii) the Class A Note Balance; provided, however, on the Class A Stated Final Maturity Date, the Class A Principal Distributable Amount will equal the Class A Note Balance.

  • Class B Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class B Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class B Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class B Initial Principal Balance.

  • Aggregate Class C Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for the Class C Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class C Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.

  • Adjusted Investor Interest means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class A Adjusted Investor Interest and (b) the Class B Adjusted Investor Interest and (c) the Collateral Interest Adjusted Amount.

  • Class C Distributable Amount As defined in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Aggregate Class B Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for the Class B Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class B Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.

  • Class B Floating Allocation means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Investor Interest as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on such day; provided, however, that, with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class B Floating Allocation shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Initial Investor Interest and the denominator of which is the Initial Investor Interest.

  • Class A Percentage Interest means, with respect to a Class A Member as of a given date, that percentage obtained by dividing the total number of Class A Units owned by such Member by the total number of Class A Units issued and outstanding.

  • Class A Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (A) 54.50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over $3,608,680.

  • Class X Distributable Amount On any Distribution Date, (i) as a distribution in respect of interest, the amount of interest that has accrued on the Class X Interest and not applied as an Extra Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date, plus any such accrued interest remaining undistributed from prior Distribution Dates, plus, without duplication, (ii) as a distribution in respect of principal, any portion of the principal balance of the Class X Interest which is distributable as an Overcollateralization Reduction Amount, minus (iii) any amounts paid as a Basis Risk Payment.
