Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount definition

Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount has the meaning set forth in subsection (II)(i) of Section 5.2(a).

Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount. As defined in subsection (II)(i) of Section 3.05(a).

Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount. With respect to any Loan, the amount of any Advance made with respect to such Loan on or before the date such Loan becomes (or, but for the making of three monthly payments under its modified terms, would then constitute) a Corrected Loan, together with (to the extent accrued and unpaid) interest on such Advances, to the extent that (i) such Advance is not reimbursed to the Person who made such Advance on or before the date, if any, on which such Loan becomes a Corrected Loan and (ii) the amount of such Advance becomes an obligation of the Mortgagor to pay such amount under the terms of the modified loan documents. That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance reimbursable in the same manner as any other Nonrecoverable Advance.

Examples of Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount in a sentence

• That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.

• Subsection (iii) below (subject to the terms and conditions thereof) sets forth the terms of and conditions to the right of a Person to be reimbursed for any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount to the extent that such Person is not otherwise entitled to reimbursement and payment of such Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount pursuant to the operation of Section 5.2(a)(I) above.

• All references herein to "Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount" shall be construed always to mean the related Advance and any Advance Interest thereon, together with any further Advance Interest that accrues on the unreimbursed portion of such Advance from time to time in accordance with the other provisions of this Agreement.

Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall include any amounts paid by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.05(a)(xviii) in reimbursement of "Nonrecoverable Advances" and "Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts" (in each case within the meaning of the [Other Series] Pooling and Servicing Agreement) in respect of the [Blackacre] Trust Mortgage Loan, any successor Trust REO Loan with respect thereto or the [Blackacre] Mortgaged Property.

Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall, with respect to the Georgia-Alabama Retail Portfolio Trust Mortgage Loan, include any amounts paid by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.05(a)(xviii) in reimbursement of "Nonrecoverable Advances" and "Workout Delayed Reimbursement Amounts" (in each case within the meaning of the Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement) in respect of the Georgia-Alabama Retail Portfolio Trust Mortgage Loan, any successor Trust REO Loan with respect thereto or the Georgia-Alabama Retail Portfolio Mortgaged Property.

Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall include any amounts paid by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to [Section 3.05(a)(xviii)] in reimbursement of ["Nonrecoverable Advances"] and ["Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts"] in each case within the meaning of the JP 2006-LDP8 Pooling and Servicing Agreement) in respect of the Park La Brea Apartments Trust Mortgage Loan, any successor Trust REO Loan with respect thereto or the Park La Brea Apartments Mortgaged Property.

Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall include any amounts paid by the applicable Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.05(a)(xviii) in reimbursement of "Nonrecoverable Advances" and "Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts" (in each case within the meaning of the WBCMT 2007-C30 Pooling and Servicing Agreement) in respect of the Peter Cooper Village axx Xxxxxxxxxt Town Trust Mortgage Loan, any successor Trust REO Loan with respect thereto or the Peter Cooper Village axx Xxxxxxxxxt Town Mortgaged Property.

Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall include any amounts paid by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.05(a)(xviii) in reimbursement of "Nonrecoverable Advances" and "Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts" (in each case within the meaning of the MLMT Series 2005-CKI1 Pooling and Servicing Agreement) in respect of the Glendale Galleria Trust Mortgage Loan, any successor Trust REO Loan with respect thereto or the Glendale Galleria Mortgaged Property.
