CID Costs definition

CID Costs means, collectively, the costs of the CID Improvements and other eligible expenses related to the Project to the extent such expenses are “costs” of a “project” as defined in the CID Act, the estimated amounts of which are shown in Exhibit B, which also includes the County's administrative service fee.
