Chilled Water Delivery Point definition

Chilled Water Delivery Point means the Delivery Point for chilled water, as further set forth in Exhibit A.
Chilled Water Delivery Point means the physical point at which Chilled Water is delivered to the City as determined in accordance with the Scope of Work for this Cogeneration Agreement.
Chilled Water Delivery Point means any physical point of interconnection between the Chilled Water systems of the Facilities, as set forth on Exhibit C.

  • The County will, at its sole cost and expense, make Returned Chilled Water available to the Company during the Term at the Chilled Water Delivery Point, solely for use at the Facilities in the production of Chilled Water.

For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Ground water means water below the land surface in a zone of saturation.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;
