Charter School Student definition

Charter School Student means an Admitted Student whose enrollment has been verified by the District through Registration.

Charter School Student means a student whose application for enrollment has been accepted by the Charter School and placement has been determined to be appropriate in accordance with Exhibit B, if applicable, and has completed the enrollment process required by the Charter School.

Examples of Charter School Student in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of notice from a District school that a Charter School Student has enrolled or requested enrollment in such school, the Charter School shall promptly forward a complete copy of the Charter School’s educational records concerning such student, including all disciplinary information and records, to such District school.

  • JRCS shall invite an appropriate District Special Education Coordinator to attend each IEP meeting scheduled for a Charter School Student; the Coordinator will determine whether his/her attendance at such meeting is necessary or appropriate.
