Charter Earnings definition

Charter Earnings means all moneys whatsoever from time to time payable by the Charterer to the Owner under or pursuant to the Charter and/or any moneys payable to the Owner under or pursuant to the Charter Guarantee and/or any guarantee, security or other assurance given to the Owner at any time in respect of the Charterer's obligations under or pursuant to the Charter;
Charter Earnings means all moneys during any Relevant Period payable to the Borrower under or pursuant to the Charter Documents, damages for breach of any of them and payments for termination or variation of any of them.
Charter Earnings means, in relation to a Chartered Ship, all moneys whatsoever from time to time due and payable to the relevant Obligor arising out of the chartering or other employment or utilisation of such Chartered Ship including any pool earnings and any damages for breach (or payments for variation or termination) of any charterparty or other contract for the employment of such Chartered Ship.

The preceding sentence applies only if the qualified defined benefit plans individually and in the aggregate satisfied the requirements of Code section 415 for all Limitation Years beginning before January 1, 1987.

  • Consolidated Net Earnings means, for any period, the net income (loss) of Borrower for such period, as determined on a Consolidated basis and in accordance with GAAP.
