A Combined Plan (the ‘‘Combined Plan’’) which is a combination of the Defined Benefit Plan and the Defined Contribution Plan under which benefits are based on 0.75% of a person’s Credited Pensionable Service together with TransCanada contributions to the employee’s Defined Contribution Plan in the amount of 3% per annum.
