CHANGING OR TERMINATING AUTHORIZED USERS. Upon your request, we may issue additional cards for authorized users that you designate. You must notify us in writing of any termination of an authorized user's right to access your account. Your letter must include the name of the authorized user and your account number and/or any subaccount number issued to the authorized user along with the authorized user's card and any convenience or other access checks issued to the authorized user. If you cannot return the authorized user's card or access checks and if you request your account to be closed, we will close your account and you may apply for a new account.

If you allow anyone else to use your Card, you will be liable for all credit extended to such persons. You promise to pay for all purchases, balance transfers, and cash advances made by anyone whom you authorized to use your Card, whether or not you notify us that he or she will be using it.   • CHANGING OR TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT As permitted by law, the Credit Union may change the terms of this Agreement and any attached Disclosure from time to time. Notice of any change will be given in accordance with applicable law. If permitted by law and specified in the notice to you, the change will apply to your existing account balance as well as to future transactions. Either you or the Credit Union may terminate this Agreement at any time, but termination by you or the Credit Union will not affect your obligation to pay the account balance plus any finance and other charges you owe under this Agreement. Your obligation to pay the account balance plus any finance and other charges you owe under this agreement are subject to all applicable laws and regulations regarding repayment requirements. You are also responsible for all transactions made to your account after termination, unless the transactions were unauthorized. The card or cards you receive remain the property of the Credit Union and you must recover and surrender to the Credit Union all cards upon request or upon termination of this Agreement whether by you or the Credit Union. If this is a joint account, the paragraph on JOINT ACCOUNTS of this Agreement also applies to termination of the account.

  • Program Termination In the event the Utility’s Electric Security Plan (“ESP”) or Market-Rate Offer is terminated prior to the end of this agreement, this agreement shall automatically terminate.

  • Termination for Force Majeure In the event of a force majeure that lasts longer than thirty (30) days from the date that a Party claiming relief due to the force majeure event gives notice to the other Party, the Party not claiming relief under the force majeure event may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other Party. For the avoidance of doubt, the COVID-19 pandemic does not constitute a force majeure event.

  • Termination for Material Breach A party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice to the other parties if any of the other parties materially breaches this Agreement, and if capable of cure, does not cure the breach within 10 days after receiving notice specifying the breach. If the material breach affects only certain Services, the non-breaching party that served the notice may choose to terminate only the affected Services.

  • Breach by Authorized User An Authorized User’s breach shall not be deemed a breach of the Centralized Contract; rather, it shall be deemed a breach of the Authorized User’s performance under the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract.

  • EMPLOYMENT OF UNAUTHORIZED ALIENS PROHIBITED In accordance with §2.2-4311.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, the Contractor must not during the performance of this Contract knowingly employ an unauthorized alien, as that term is defined in the federal Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.

  • Unauthorized Use or Disclosure The Contractor shall notify COMMERCE within five (5) working days of any unauthorized use or disclosure of any confidential information, and shall take necessary steps to mitigate the harmful effects of such use or disclosure.

  • CONTRACTOR STAFF WITHIN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT The provisions of this section shall apply unless otherwise agreed in the Authorized User Agreement. All employees of the Contractor, or of its Subcontractors, who shall perform under an Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the Services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All Business Entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States.   • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.
