Change of Control Agreements definition

Change of Control Agreements means the Contracts designated as such on Schedule 3.8(b) and any other similar Contracts entered into by the Company prior to Closing requiring, or triggering a potential, payment to be made as a result of the consummation of the Share Purchase or any of the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Change of Control Agreements means those certain Change of Control Agreements listed on Schedule 1.1(A).
Change of Control Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.13(c).

Change of Control Agreements means the executive change of control payment agreements among TORC and each executive officer of TORC;
