Change in Control Agreement definition

Change in Control Agreement means any plan, program, agreement, or arrangement under which the Corporation or a Subsidiary agrees to provide benefits to the Optionee in the event he or she is terminated following a Change in Control, as applicable to the Optionee at the relevant time.
Change in Control Agreement means an employment agreement or other agreement or plan between the Company and a Participant and approved by the Board or the Committee that provides for the continued employment of the Participant following a Change in Control and the payment of benefits upon termination of employment in connection with or following a Change in Control.

More Definitions of Change in Control Agreement

Change in Control Agreement means any written agreement in effect between any Member or Former Member or Vested Former Member and the Company or an Affiliated Employer pursuant to which benefits may be payable to such Member or Former Member or Vested Former Member in connection with a Change in Control.
