NEPOOL Agreement definition

NEPOOL Agreement means the Second Restated New England Power Pool Agreement dated as of February 1, 2005, as amended or accepted by the Commission and as may be amended, modified, superseded, supplemented and/or restated from time to time.
NEPOOL Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated New England Power Pool Agreement dated as of February 1, 2005, as amended and/or restated from time to time.
NEPOOL Agreement means the New England Power Pool Agreement, dated September 1, 1971, as amended by the Restated New England Power Pool Agreement filed with FERC on July 22, 1998, as finally approved by FERC and as further amended from time to time.

  • The revenues received by NEPOOL pursuant to Schedules 2-7 to the Tariff shall be distributed prior to the Second Effective Date in accordance with the continuing provisions of the Prior NEPOOL Agreement and the rules adopted thereunder, and shall be distributed on or after the Second Effective Date in accordance with Section 14.

NEPOOL Agreement means the New England Power Pool Agreement dated as of September 1, 1971, as amended.

NEPOOL/ISO Requirements shall mean the NEPOOL Agreement, ISO-NE tariffs, market rules and manuals, together with all additional NEPOOL and ISO requirements, as the same may be amended, supplemented or superseded from time to time.
