Chair of the Tribunal definition

Chair of the Tribunal means the person appointed as the chairperson of the Tribunal under Rule 14;
Chair of the Tribunal means the person appointed by the Chair of the Judicial Panel in accordance with paragraph 23 of Part A to chair the relevant Tribunal.
Chair of the Tribunal means the Chair of the CIQS Discipline Tribunal.

Examples of Chair of the Tribunal in a sentence

  • If the Party-appointed Arbitrators cannot reach agreement on a third Arbitrator, or if a Party fails or refuses to appoint its Party-appointed Arbitrator within 20 Business Days after delivery or deemed delivery of the Consent to Arbitration, the appointment of the Chair of the Tribunal and the third Arbitrator will be made in accordance with Article 11 of the Code.

  • The Party- appointed Arbitrators shall in turn appoint a third Arbitrator, who shall act as Chair of the Tribunal, within 20 Business Days after the appointment of both Party- appointed Arbitrators.

  • If no agreement is reached within such 15 day period, the Chief Justice of the Borgarting Court of Appeals shall nominate and appoint a third arbitrator to act as Chair of the Tribunal.

  • Each party shall nominate one arbitrator, and the two arbitrators nominated by the parties shall within 15 days after the appointment of the second arbitrator agree upon a third arbitrator who shall act as Chair of the Tribunal.

  • In the event of a dispute, this will be a matter for a ruling by the Chair of the Tribunal.

  • If the Tribunal determines that dismissal is the appropriate penalty, the Chair of the Tribunal shall have power to impose that penalty.

  • The right of appeal to the Appeal Tribunal shall be dependent upon Leave to Appeal being granted by the Chair of the Tribunal at their absolute discretion, and there shall be no right of appeal against the decision of the Chair in respect of granting or refusing such Leave to Appeal.

  • The Electoral Tribunal may only convene to hear an appeal if the Chair of the Tribunal is satisfied there is a prima facie case.

  • The appointments shall be renewable upon invitation by the Senior Chair of the Tribunal.

  • The Tribunal shall have support from a Tribunal Secretary who is the chief administrator of the Tribunal and is responsible for the administrative and legal work as assigned by the Chair of the Tribunal from time to time.

  • Regional Committee means the regional committee on school

  • Architectural Control Committee means and refer to that committee constituted under Article 4 hereof for the review of Development Plans (as hereinafter defined) and other functions.

  • Political action committee or “PAC” means an organization whose purpose is to solicit and make Political Contributions.

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Municipal Planning Tribunal means the Municipal Planning Tribunal for the municipal area established in terms of section 33, the joint Municipal Planning Tribunal established in terms of section 45 or the District Municipal Planning Tribunal established in terms of section 49;

  • Issuing tribunal means the tribunal of a state or foreign country that issues a support order or a judgment determining parentage of a child.

  • Enforcement Committee means a committee consisting of representatives of the Settling States and of the Participating Subdivisions. Exhibit B contains the organizational bylaws of the Enforcement Committee. Notice pursuant to subsection XVI.P shall be provided when there are changes in membership or contact information.

  • Initiating tribunal means the tribunal of a state or foreign country from which a petition or comparable pleading is forwarded or in which a petition or comparable pleading is filed for forwarding to another state or foreign country.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Arbitral Tribunal means a sole arbitrator or a panel of arbitrators;

  • Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Compliance Committee means the committee referenced under the Federated Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, consisting of, among others, the Chief Compliance Officer, the General Counsel, the Chief Audit Executive and the Chief Risk Officer.

  • Candidate Committee means a committee established by a candidate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-9(a), for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.
